My stay had some problems. The air conditioning did not work well. My room became uncomfortably warm. soundproofing was insufficient. I clearly heard people showering in adjacent rooms and cleaning staff early each morning. This disturbance affected my sleep quality significantly.

The hotel location is AMAZING! ALL major attractions were so close. I booked a room with a terrace and it was a GREAT decision. The room was so CLEAN! Breakfast was decent AND filling.
The room decor was a little dark for my liking. I prefer BRIGHTER colors and more natural light. The lighting could improve.

The room was well kept, and the linen was very clean. The bed was spacious and very comfortable. The hotel's location is excellent. It is very close to many shops. The breakfast was varied and decent.
The corridors did not have air conditioning. Our room had a noticeable humidity smell. I will avoid this particular aspect in the future.

The hotel is centrally located with easy access to main attractions. Taxis are conveniently parked right at the side of the entrance, which makes airport connections smooth. The area has shops, cafes, and bars.

The staff spoke English, useful, and they were very helpful. They quickly addressed requests and provided useful information. The reception area was clean and well-organized. Check-in was quick and efficient!!!
